Thank you for visiting our page! We're excited to guide you through the process of creating your own custom saddle, perfectly tailored to you and your horse. Here’s how you can place an order:
Step 1: Choose Your Saddle Type
Select from our premium saddle types:
- Full Leather Saddle $3,800
- Neoprene and Leather Combo $3,400
- Full Neoprene Saddle $3,000
Or our standard saddle types:
- Full Leather Saddle $2,800
- Full Neoprene Saddle $2,100
All saddles are built to the same high-quality standards with a timber tree coated in fiberglass for extra strength.
Step 2: Customise Your Fit
- Seat Size: Choose the seat size that fits you best.
- Gullet Width and Bar Angle: Select from standard options or choose custom (custom available for premium saddles). For custom sizes, please see our example photos of what we will need to ensure a perfect fit, crafted by our master tree maker. If you'd like to upgrade your standard saddle with a custom tree there is a $200 upgrade fee.
- Tree Style: Traditional, Standard or Cutout (Safe) Tree

Step 3: Personalise Your Saddle (Premium Saddles only)
- Tooling Options: Choose your design. Don’t see a design you like? Send us your own design, and we’ll have it made just for you!
- Concho Options: Select your style.
- Additional Customisation: Add a personal touch with names or initials in the notes box.
Step 4: Select Rigging
- In-Skirt Rigging
- On-Tree Rigging: Standard if you saddle design doesn't have a rear cinch, ensuring balanced pressure.
Step 5: Place Your Order
In the checkout, add any final comments in the notes section and choose to pay via bank deposit. This allows us to confirm all details with you before processing the payment.
Layby Options
- No additional fees.
- Six weeks to pay off from the order date.
- We'll send you a layby agreement and an invoice detailing your saddle specifications for your approval.
What Happens Next?
- Once you approve the specifications and make a $500 deposit (or full payment), we order your custom saddle.
- Our master saddle maker starts with your tree, and we keep you updated with photos throughout the building process.
- Timeline: Expect your saddle to arrive within three months, subject to our current workload. Transit time includes about two weeks to our facility and another week to your doorstep.
